Why did your Pokemon fire red game spontaneously delete your file?

It does save you just click start then you go under or over your characters card and there will be a save button sometimes it will take a few minutes to save it but sometimes it will take a little and it says NOT to turn it off during the save

∙ 8y agoIf the game has been corrupted many times, it can delete the save file. Also, hacking the game using the wrong code can also enforce your game to delete the save file.
