Mine was #17 in the fuse panel down by the passengers right foot. It was a blue 15 amp.
I have a 2000 grand prix gt and all it takes is pulling out the right fuse located in the glove box. There should be a diagram in there that tells you which one it is.
DRL - Daytime Running Lights (controls the lights and decides which one will work which won't, head lights&fog and etc.) ALC - Automatic Light Control (understands if it is daylight or dark and activates the DRL)

It's the head lights only.
They are daytime running lights. They are always on so people can always see you. Its a safety thing. Newer trucks have specific daytime running lights.

yes it will i have swiched the head light assemblies on my car from a 95 grand am and yhey were same but you may need to adjust the head lights after you intsall it
They are day time running lights. You can turn them of by pulling out the day time running light fuse. Saab manual will help you locate the fuse.
