If you are referring to your home it is due to spkies and surges in the electrical service or a loose connection in your service...if you are referring to a car it is due to a bad alternator or ground.
Most power strips have a small neon lamp that indicate power is on. These small lams will start to flicker near the end of the lamp life--much the same way a flourecent light flickers near the end of life. The power strip is still usable, but with flickering or no power-on indication.
However, there are those power strips that use LED lamps which have a longer life expectancy and will not flicker at end of life.
about to go out or somethings wrong with wiring like looseness...
It's a secret code being sent to the Mother Ship.

Yes they can see a red light. But they can't see enemy other colours.
The only thing the light is used for is heat which is what red light is. All other colours of light is only an irritant to the chicks so steps are taken to eliminate them.
the oil sender unit need to be replace.
A powerstrip is used to enable a user to plug in many electronic devices from a central location. Unlike a standard outlet, a powerstrip also works as a surge protector to prevent power crashes and damage to the machines or devices.
flicker
The "yellowhammer," or more correctly, flicker, is a woodpecker that is light brown with a spotted breast. Often seen on lawns in pursuit of insects. Flickers in the east have yellowish underwings (yellow shafted flicker), those in the west have reddish underwings (red shafted flicker).
A flicker, a beam, a ray.
only a light flicker or two.
Because there is a light inside of the warmer, and you see the reflection from the light.
The answer is flick or flicker! XD LOL
No. The flicker occurs in two color phases. Eastern birds have yellow feathers under the wings, and are called "yellow shafted flicker. Western birds have salmon red underwings, and are called "red shafted flicker". The eastern bird is the one known as "yellowhammer". The flicker, a woodpecker, is still a very common species.
the lights on the dash are as such, the left light is for the low oil pressure, the right light is low generator/alternator. The red light on the dash is for the cylinder head temp. if it exceeds a temp limit, it will light. when driving, or coming off the freeway, the oil pressure light might flicker, due to the change in pressure quickly. The generator light may flicker when 1st started or if the vehicle is ideling lower than required.
