Check the front end components. Most likely there is a loose or worn part causing the shaking of the wheels.
It's probably a bad wheel bearing
I suggest getting your wheels balancedAnd why are you driving that Chev at 70MPH?
It is the pull to the left or right from the camber of the road that you have to adjust for hence the wheel will be either slightly left or slightly right. On a flat tarmac it will be in the centre provided your steering wheel has been correctly fitted.
Most common reason is improperly balanced wheels, next would be alignment but that usually causes a pull to the left or right.
The shaking might be due to wheel imbalance and the pulling due to poor wheel alignment.
To the right
pull the wheel to the right or left a hair and then turn the key
You probably have a bad rt front tire. It may be low air pressure, lost wheel weight, or alignment. The low air pressure could make it pull to the right, and so could a bad alignment. Lost wheel weight and/or alignment could make the steering wheel shake. Think if you hit a large object, a pot hole, or ran over the curb for example this could tear the alignment up and cold weather will reduce the air pressure in your tires as well as a nail.
Sounds like problem with brakes. Pull the wheel and you should see the problem.
They are both the same thing. They are also known as a 3 point turn or broken U turn. When driving on the right: stop on the right side of the road. When the road is clear indicate left and while turning left pull across the roadway. When almost at the other side turn the wheel to the straight ahead position. Look around to ensure road is clear. Indicate right and reverse, turning the wheel to the right. When almost across the roadway turn the wheel to the straight ahead position. Look around to ensure the roadway is clear, indicate left and drive forward and left to the opposite side of the roadway and continue driving. If the instructor or examiner requires you to stop after the maneuver, indicate right and pull to the side of the road and stop where it is permitted. Cancel the indicator. Driving on the left follows the same method; but substituting left for right, right for left.
Pull of the right front wheel, pull of the right inner plastic wheel wall should be right there if the engine is a 3.3 if its a 3.0 it will be up in the center of the engine between the alternator and the power steering
Tyres unevenly worn or unequal tyre pressure in a 4 wheel drive vehicle will pull right or left when 4 wheel drive is engaged.
