Steaming windows are often a result of poor ventilation. Try making sure the vents are set to fresh air, as opposed to recirculation. You could also open a window a little bit - that's what I do.
Toilets flush and windows steam up.
They feel drowsy for lack of oxygen The windows steam up from the condensation of their breath. Their body-heat warms the room up and the windows are colder on the outside than on the inside.
Windows steam up mainly due to condensation, which occurs when warm, moist air comes into contact with a cooler surface, like glass. This can happen in homes during colder months when indoor heating increases humidity levels. Poor ventilation can exacerbate the issue, as it prevents moisture from escaping. Using dehumidifiers or improving airflow can help reduce window fogging.
braodband normally is ALWAYS UP unless you have to "sign in" to a service provider

You cannot, but you don't have to mind it as Windows 8 automatically comes up if you don't choose Windows 7 in 30 secs in start up. It's useful cause you can always come back to it.
because its Windows Vista, it always stuffs up :P
That's not a very specific question. Steam can play on any computer Windows XP and onwards, and also works on a Mac. Windows 7 or maybe Vista are reccomended though. Most games take up 5-12 GBS so make sure you have room to spare.
Windows steam up when you breathe on them because the warm, moist air from your breath comes into contact with the cooler surface of the glass. When the warm air cools, it loses its capacity to hold moisture, causing the water vapor to condense into tiny droplets on the surface, resulting in fogging. This phenomenon occurs due to the principles of condensation and temperature differences between the air and the window.
Run it just as you would on Windows XP. Start up Steam, select the game, click launch.
(Tested on Windows XP) WARNING: Only works if you have successfully logged into steam before. This is how to make terraria/steam work on your computer (if it's not working.) 1. Open up Windows Task Manager. 2. Click the tab that says "Processes". 3. Find Steam.exe, click it and then click "End Process". 4. Open Steam from your Desktop. 5. Let it load. It might take awhile. 6. Done! Hope it helped :D
