Keeps engine coolant from going through heater core when it is not needed.
There is no valve, it is probably clogged up.
Try replacing the motor to the a/c fan on the passenger side of the vehicle. That was the cause for my 98 deville to overheat. They sell the whole assembly for about $150.00 but they also sell the motor separate for $50.00. Its a lil more work but it'll save you $100.00
not for sure, but sound like something messed up in the dual climate control chip.
usually running hot coincides with a lack of coolant. Low coolant levels will eliminate circulation of coolant through heater core. ALMOST END RESULT----NO HEAT
Sounds like heater core is leaking and you are losing coolant causing overheating This is a simple fix...I just bought a 2000 Deville and had the same issue...it's your AC Drain Hose...It's clogged up with dirt and grim...all you have to do is locate it under your car...which will be near the passenger dash underneath the car...if you can get to it..just get some pliers and pinch it open...problem solved....
There is no hot valve on Steamworks.
Use Dexron III in your 94 transaxel. Check level while hot. Drive about 5 miles minimum. Remember too much fluid can damage it also.
There are a number of music stores where you can purchase a Fender Hot Rod DeVille guitar amplifier including Sam Ash, Musician's Friend, Guitar Center and Sweetwater.
