No, not if it's on a heat setting. Most home thermostats have a "Fan" setting that will blow cold air if the attic is cold.

cadillacs don't blow warm air at dash level unless it is very cold outside and bright at least that's what my 96 owners manual says... it will blow to even out the temperature for comfort once the temp has reached the desired level
