Lots of the extravagant couture stuff was made with wool and neoprene, and he used traditional Italian fabrics in most things too. Lost of extra fine cashmere and cotton w/ 10% elastaine. Silks, leather etc. He used literally everything so it depends on the collection. My advice? feel the fabric and read the label
