Because They have 3 of the major rivers ending at Bangladesh which are;

The Meg ha river , The Ganges and The Brahmaputra. So Bangladesh floods easily.

The monsoon rains cause the ground to become saturated, and the large rivers such as the Ganges overflow their banks onto the wide, low plains where much of the population lives on farms.

Tropical cyclones or tsunamis can also flood large regions of the low coastal lands.

Bangladesh has very low lying land, in some parts it is only 1 metre above sea level. Its land is quite marshy and in the summer, when snow on the Himalayas melts, it sends lots of water into the main rivers in Bangladesh's main rivers, Ganges and Brahmaputra. Those are the physical reasons I can think of. Hope that answers your question :)
