CD players say "BUSY" when they load the Compact Disc because the CD player has to take a little time to read the CD so that it can play it for u. remember that the CD has a lot of info. on it and the CD player has to "read" all the information in order 2 play it

Front load players are generally considered to be better than top loading models
Push the load/eject button then then number that you want to load or eject and put it in
Check with your system manufacturer or the shop you bought it in.
my exployer has a cd player in the dash plus a 6disk cd player in the consele how do i get it to work
I have a 2001 MAZDA tRIBUTE WITH A FACTORY 6 DISK CD CHANGER. Can't get cds to load or eject. Radio and cassteet player work fine.
Located in the center arm rest- pull up cover to view and load CD
un cd lol hope it helped you!
Try to load another CD. This might dislodge the stuck CD such that the eject mechanism spits out the stuck CD just enough to be retrieved with pliers.
two options there - put the cd in and see if it plays. or look on the cd player itself and see what it says - it should say CD but if it plys mp3's etc it'll say MP3 as well :)
I think there was a recall at somepoint for a chip in the CD players. mine wouldn't load or play and it would get stuck on fm1 and wouldn't skip to fm2 or CD player. I bought mine from car max and they looked into it and said there was a recall. It was fixed, but my CD player still overheats sometimes and it scratches and ruins all my cds. hope this helps, sorry id this post is way late, couldn't find a date on here
I have a 2003 Expedition with a 6 CD changer that had a CD stuck in it. We disconnected the battery cables and then reconnected them (have your key fob close by in case your alarm goes off). When we reconnected the battery cables the CD player spit out the stuck CD and then reinitialized itself for about a minute or two. Then I could load and eject all of the CDs inside, and the CD player worked again.
