Chicken noodle soup of any sort contains comparatively little actual chicken because this would add greatly to the cost; these products rely on relatively cheap prices and expensive marketing for their popularity.
Campbell's condensed chicken noodle soup contains around twenty per cent protein, some of which represents chicken. Like most commercially-produced soups, it is very high in salt and fat, and contains additives you wouldn't use at home.
You could instead try buying a packet of noodles and cooking them with one of the excellent liquid chicken stocks or consommés which are widely available. A bit of meat from a takeaway chicken would add extra interest, flavor and texture, and the whole thing would take about as long to make as it takes to heat up a commercial chicken noodle soup.
