The events surrounding Easter are the centralpart of the Christian faith. Jesus was executed on a Friday, but on the following Sunday, Christians believe, and a belief based on firm evidence, that Jesus Christ rose again. Because of this unique resurrection, Christ's divinity is proved and his life, teachings and claims validated. Easter Day is the commemoration and celebration of Christ's resurrection and so it is immensel important; some would also say that without the resurrection the Christian faith would not exist.

No matter what year it is, Lent always get over on Easter Sunday
Easter Sunday can only fall on dates from the 22nd of March to the 25th of April. So Easter Sunday cannot be on the 29th of April, but as the season of Easter continues for 50 days, the 29th of April is always during Easter, no matter when it starts.
Lent started on Ash Wednesday and ended on Easter, a period of forty days. The calculation of when Ash Wednesday happened was based on the calculation of Easter. The calculation of Easter was a matter of some controversy in the Middle Ages, as it remains now, though to a lesser extent, but Easter has always been a Sunday in early Spring.
