In the realm of the church, (being a building, occupied by a number of believers of a certain denomination; not the church as described by Christ as His followers, i.e. Christ being the head of the church. It is taught that all are born into sin and death, receiving their release from enternal separation from God through death by obtaining salvation (accomplished by the death, resurrection and ascension of Christ to be seated at the right hand of God).
With this description, those born into this world must suffer the injustices of life; disability being one the them; as are cancer, murder, molestation, theft, homosexuality, and the list goes on...
As one who suffers the results of being disabled; I long for the day when this infirmity will no longer effect me in a place promised after my death; that being Heaven.
yes he has a stutter
if god will allow them to have more children they have as many as god will allow
Yes, if God is willing to allow it he will.
It depends upon the laws of the state in which the beneficiary of the disability award resides. Some states allow for such garnishment, some do not, but all US states allow disabililty garnishment when it relates to child support obligations.
Alabama does not have state short term disability. Many private short term disability programs are employee paid, meaning there are no direct costs for your employer to allow you the option.
You could sue and get a judgment, but most states would not allow you to garnish the disability benefits to collect the judgment. If the person on disability had other assets like a house, you could go after those assets. If the person IS on disability, they might not HAVE other assets to go after.
Social Security disability is a Federal program.
is this social security disability or private? Some private allow disability payments while retraining for a job. If SS, I'd go to the SSA and make the report; would be helpful to have SSN as well.
I HAVE charcot foot/arthropathy, and REFUSE to allow it to be a disability. I will always find a way to get things done, at work and at home. Also, if I tell the powers that be (the ones who decide if I would get money for a 'disability,') that i cannot walk, stand etc, that rules out walking for exercise as well as walking for fun. Nope. I won't allow it to be a disability, and I hope, if you are still able to get around, you won't either. If your bones are sticking through your skin, then maybe I could see it as a disability. Get custom shoes and orthotics. They accommodate a charcot foot so we can still walk and be productive.
Being pregnant is not a short term disability issue and definitely was not caused by a work place incident.
If you choose to believe in a god, they exist because he wanted them to exactly as they are. He doesn't allow them to exist, he wants them to exist.
free will.
