The game "Twisted Wizards" was incomplete when Wimpy Wonderland was rushed into free release. The original quest just had Greg beat the game. But the game was finally added as a mini-game within the island quest.
Once you bring Greg the Twisted Wizard Guide, he will finish the game. Click the TV he's using as a monitor and then you must beat the game. For Easy Mode, click on the Wizard before you click Start.
