Roderigo was becoming aware of the fact that the huge sums of money he had given Iago to help seduce Desdemona had been going directly into Iago's retirement fund. When a conman cannot blow off the mark, either he runs or arranges for him to be killed. Actually Iago wanted Cassio to kill Roderigo but he didn't quite do the job so Iago has to finish it.
Iago had originally manipulated Othello into believing that his wife Desdemona had been cheating on him with his former lieutenant Cassio. Othello was so enraged that he ordered Iago to go and slay Cassio. Iago had also from the beginning of the play been paid by Rodrigo to help him get Desdemona. Iago managed to manipulate Iago into thinking Cassio was the true person in the way of Rodrigo marrying Desdemona. Iago and Rodrigo waited outside a brothel where Cassio had been meeting Bianca. When Rodrigo attacked, he missed and Cassio stabbed him. Iago knowing Cassio being alive was not possible, he snuck out from the dark and stabbed him in the leg.
In Act IV Scene 2 Iago tells Roderigo that Othello is going to be sent to Mauretania and he will no doubt take Desdemona with him, because Cassio will be put in charge of Cyprus. Of course, if Roderigo kills Cassio, then Othello will not be able to leave and Desdemona will stay put. Roderigo still harbours some hope of being able to get Desdemona's love. He has, however, told Iago that he is thinking of asking Desdemona for all the gifts and jewels he gave her so he can go home; this would be a disaster for Iago since Iago has kept all the gifts and jewels for himself, and Roderigo will know it.
Jago made Rodrigo believe that Cassio and Desdemona were in love. Rodrigo loved Desdemona, so he wanted her to love him. Jago told him that if he would kill Cassio, Desdemona would love him.
He had figured out that Iago was conning him and was thus dangerous to Iago.
Why does Iago say that he felt like stabbing Roderigo?
Roderigo attacked Cassio but did not kill him. Iago had intended that Roderigo would kill Cassio and then Iago would kill Roderigo. In the scenario you are suggesting, Roderigo is a much more successful fighter than we thought and manages to kill both Cassio and Iago. He would then no doubt have been charged with killing them and might offer in his defence how Iago had conned him out of all his money. Emilia would be able to tell her story and live and it would certainly corroborate what Roderigo would say. Unfortunately none of this would come in time to save Othello or Desdemona, who would both end up dead in any event. Since Cassio is dead, someone else would have to be governor of Cyprus.
Iago is, although he is more likely to get others to do bad things than to do them himself. He does murder Roderigo, after egging him on to kill Cassio. He also induces Othello to murder Desdemona. The villain in Othello is Iago as he twists Othello's mind and gets him to kill Desdemona, steals from Roderigo and kills him, kills Emilia, wounds Cassio and ruins his job.
roderigo is jealous of othello because desdemona has chosen othello asher suiter despite the overwhelming offers roderigo has made and the racial difference in othello, which at that time would be considered taboo. so desdemona would rather go against society with othello than be with roderigo.
Nobody. Logically it sounds like something Juliet or the Nurse might say to Romeo, but neither of them does.

It doesn't say that anywhere in the play. Also, Macbeth is a male.
