It depends. Jesus offends many people; mostly Jewish religious leaders. However, Jesus has the authority to do so and his words are always just. The leaders are usually offended because they have denied Jesus to be the messiah in the first place and therefore see Jesus as nothing more as a liar. But Jesus offends them because they have wronged in many ways. They do not act righteously and they are very selfish, as well as hypocrites. Jesus is speaking the truth but some do not wish to hear it. if you want to check for yourself then look throughout the NT of The Bible- especially Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
