No. There is no comparison between two different things. Parting makes Juliet sad, yet there is great pleasure in talking to Romeo, even saying goodbye to him, which makes it a "sweet sorrow". That's just a plain (if oxymoronic) description of her feelings when parting.
"Parting" is when two things which used to be together are taken apart. (a-PART is as you see related to PARTing). In this case it is the lovers who have to part. Instead of being together, they will go their separate ways. Sweet is what sugar tastes like, what flowers smell like; it's good, it's nice. Sorrow is what you feel when something sad happens. All of these words are very basic English.
