Why does my Lincoln LS V8 Blow cold air on one side and hot air on the other side
Temp blend door actuator is bad on the passenger side assuming you want both sides to blow cold air.
heater control valve is bad on the drivers side.
The front relay is on the passenger side kind of hidden but you'll find it on the upper front right side on the passenger side.
sounds like an air bag problem
The compresser is behind the passenger side wheel well liner.
Our car had this problem. Answer was a new A/C computer needed.
The 2003 Lincoln Navigator air conditioner airflow is directed by lending doors. The blending doors open and close to direct the cool air. The blending door for the passenger side vent is probably stuck closed.

You need to replace the heater coil !
Passenger side of the engine below by the air conditioning compressor.

Underneath the car, passenger side, in back of the air conditioning comprssor.
