Why does Obama hate the constitution?

He doesn't hate it. He's a progressive and believes in trying to improve it since he believes that it has become outdated in the last 200 years.

While some may think that he has the right to change the Constitution, in its original form it proved to be one of the most perfect documents written. Specifically, with the balance of powers and limiting of one Branches power. To write that President Obama is attempting to "improve" the Constitution is a falsehood. While he may be interpreting it differently, our President has NOT tried to change the Constitution.
