pomegranate is her favorite fruit
Persephone had ate the pomegranate the food of the Underworld.
Accounts of Persephone's rescue differ. Some say that it was Hermes that took her from the underworld back to her mother. Others say that it was Hermes who tricked her into eating the pomegranate in the first place. Some even say that it was Hecate, goddess of dark magic, that took Persephone back to her mother. One thing they all agree on, however, is that Demeter was the one who negotiated Persephone's release.
She was dejected when Persephone had been taken from her and happy every time (once a year) when Persephone was back with her.
Every year when persephone comes back to the underworld for six months after she leaves for six months
Persephone was Demeter's daghter, so when hades kidnapped her, of course Demeter wanted her back. Eventually, the time Persephone spent with Demeter and the time with Hades was divided. When Persephone was with Hades, it was Winter. When she was with Demeter, it was Summer.
Persephone didn't eat anything down in the Underworld and until he gave her a promangate fruit.Zeus demaded that Hades give Persephone back to her Mother(Demeter) so she would let life back into the earth again.Hades said he will agree but how many seeds Peresphone eats then that's how many months she stays in the Underworld a year..Peresphone eats 6 seeds=spring, summer(she w her mother)and fall, winter=she down in the Underworld w Hades and her mother is mourning her.
Hades was promised by Zeus that he could take Persephone as his wife. But Zeus neglected to inform Persephone or Demeter (Persephone's mother) of this. So, Hades sprang up from the earth and abducted Persephone, to take her with him back to the Underworld.
Yes you can take something back but it has to be before 3 months.
Back in Ancient Greece, there were no movies. Movies had not been invented yet, so Persephone could not possibly have a favorite.

Hades took Persephone while she tended/played in the fields about Enna: with his house carriage he took her back into the Underworld.
He did not. However, he did have to go to the underworld and bring back Cerebus, the three headed dog guarding the underworld, but it was Zeus who brought back Persephone. P.S- Persephone ate 6 pomegranet seeds, so to be fair to Hades and Demeter, Persephone was forced to stay in the underworld for 6 months every year.
