buy action replay, then input the super codes, and the characters will have no lag whatsoever, the moves will skip powering up and immediately attack.

No!! Mario is much more better than Lucas. If your asking about brawl, Mario is better because his moves have no lag and he is well balanced. Lucas is just Ness but weaker and has a better up smash. For other games.... Mario is just more popular.

You can't spam buttons like you can on the console versions. If you really want to help it though, I would reccomend not doing 4 player mode and I would also reccomend puting it on low quality and press buttons at an appropriate pace. No. Nintendo uses wifi to connect to other consoles and systems, and uses it rather poorly. Because of this there is a lot of lag in games even such as Super Smash Brothers and Mario Kart. That, and runescape is not considered a good game by most critics.

Depends on which type of lag. If it is internet lag, not really much you can do about it, aside from getting a better connection provider. If it is video lag, then a better video card will do the trick along with more RAM.

to unlock lloyd, you must be able to beat the adventure 1-player version on normal. Watch out for the last level though. It's very hard to beat and I advise you use the character you are best with. To unlock Lloyd in Super Smash Flash, beat Adventure Mode with any character on Normal Difficulty. A slow computer will lag on the Floating Islands stage.
