As a Capulet, Tybalt has been brought to hate all Montagues, to which family Romeo belongs. When he hears Romeo's voice at the Capulet masked ball, to which no Montagues have been invited, he is outraged and wants to fight him then but is told to quieten down. Hoever they meet in the street the following day and fight there, which is when Romeo kills Tybalt.
Well, Some people say that because Romeo Married Juliet and Tybalt and Juliet are cousins well half of it is true but Romeo had a challenge by Tybalt but Romeo said no because he didn't want to fight his new kin which means reletive and he said that he loved him because they are related. And the other half is They are Montague Romeo and Benvolio and Capulet Tybalt and Juliet their Father's and Uncle for Tybalt are enimies so they fight with guns but never kill each other because they always get captured by the Prince (Cheif Officer) but then Tybalt then Killed Mercutio Roemo's best friend. Then in a rage Romeo Killed Tybalt saying "Either thou or I or both us go with him" 3 times.

For the most part Tybalt becomes upset at the mere presence of a Montague. He has completely bought into the blood-feud between the Montagues and the Capulets, to the point that is is a big part of his identity. He is also particularly upset by the fact that (in all likelihood) he knows that something is going on between Romeo and Juliet (though he is unaware that, by the time the fight with Mercutio comes about, Romeo and Juliet are married).
Tybalt is furious because romeo comes to the capulet party and romeo is a montague when capulets and montagues are enemys and tybalt thinks romeo is there to cause trouble and spoil the party.
Mercutio is spoiling for a fight, and Romeo is determined that there should be no fight. He's even prepared to swallow a few insults to keep the peace. Mercutio is furious, since Tybalt is making him mad by insulting Romeo and Romeo is making him mad by not picking up the challenge.
