There are mainly a large amount of fangirls because the show and manga "naruto" Has become very popular and sasuke is one of the main characters. Sasuke has eyes that are sharp on the ends, and black hair that is spiked out. Masashi Kishimoto (original author of the manga "naruto") was going for a cool-like look so he picked sasuke to have those features.

He devoured Sasuke, but Sasuke's will eroded Orochimaru's jutsu (Living Corpse Reincarnation) and made Sasuke absorb Orochimaru into his body, thus backfiring the jutsu.
