We probably haven't seen the incorrect information yet or someone who knows how to correct it hasn't come along yet. If you find incorrect information, go ahead and correct it yourself or contact a Supervisor, or CA, through the Community Forum or their message boards.
While this question may seem rude, it actually raises an important point. Like Wikipedia, Wikianswers is generated by readers and contributors. Because it is a volunteer effort, sometimes incorrect information is posted. But more often than not, editors or moderators will catch the errors and correct them. I do not believe that all answers on Wikianswers are 100% correct, since human beings will make mistakes. But I do believe that a large number of the answers are accurate. If you see one that seems wrong to you, feel free to make changes, as long as you have facts on your side.

WikiAnswers removes signature lines from answers because answers do not belong to one specific person. If you answer a question, odds are it will be edited someday. We all edit answers to update them, add more information, or clean up the format of the answer. If a user puts their username (signature) under their answer, they are claiming the answer. All answers are a community effort.
