Here are a few reasons why one would bully another:
* To feel superior
* Because they are insecure about themselves and making another feel this way allows them to feel better.
* It is what they were taught to do.
* They believe it will gain them friends.
* It makes them feel worth something.
* Because they are psychologically damaged or bullied themselves.
They are self insecure and jealous of someone so they put the person that has the thing they are jealous of, down so they feel better because "what do they have that i dont?!"
1)Someone would want to act like a bully because they hate you so they just decide to bully you.(the person doesn't wants you to get near him or her) 2)They might be burned that way. 3)They might go bullied by another person and that person got bullied and so on.

Having interests in another person could apply to a few different situations. Someone could take a romantic interest in another which would mean they were interested in pursuing a relationship with that person. Someone could also have interests in regards to someone meaning they are curious about who they are or they would like to learn about something someone has done. Either situation would be considered a general interest in the other person.
They can't help it. Usually a bully teases and hurts someone because they have a bad life themselves.
No. That is almost worse than the bully. If someone was bullying you, would you want someone to stick up?One does not always have to confront the bully head on to help someone out, but for the sake of someone elses emotional, physical, and psychological health, it is best to do something within reason that will help to end the bullying.All in all, if someone knows there is a way to stop the bullying of another and they are, in fact, not afraid to do something, then no, it is not okay to do nothing at all while another gets bullied.
