The cold tap water transports the heat of the hot Milo away (especially if the Milo container is thermally conductive (a metal or very thin) and especially if both the surrounding cold water and the hot drink are stirred. Therefore, it cools down faster!
yes it will cool down slower as the heat cannot get to the water as easily
If the liquid is not very hot, stand it in a container of water. Leave it in a cool place. Direct cool air onto it.
water in a metal mug cools down quicker because the air around the mug cools the metal therefor cooling the water inside the mug
It depends on how good a conductor the material is. Metal is a better warmth conductor then some plastics.
The best way to cool drinks without a fridge is to place the cup inside a porous clay pot standing in a pool of cold water. By allowing a breeze to blow over the pot the water is converted into water vapour and cools the inside of the pot.
Matilda splashed cool water from the basin onto her face.

I think what you are trying to say is the sand on a beach cools down easier at more quickly then the ocean water because of convection status, this makes the cool water much more cool then in the ocean water because of radiation.
No metals do not cool off quickly.
im not sure but can you people help me
Yes the Obsidian does cool quickly and the vesicular basalt
