Why does a fan help in very humid conditions?

The fan is used to cool you down so that you do not suffer of a stroke in Humid Conditions. You do not want to suffer in humid conditions at any time weither you want your life to be over with or not. You need to take care of your body by eating right, exercising, and drinking plenty of water so that you do not dehydrate at any time. That is the answer!!!!!!!!
