Because it lives manly under ground where it is so dark :)
A Mole lives under the earth. It's dark there. So he doesn't need good eyesight. Just a good sense of smell and sensors on his nose.
The use of the term "mole" to indicate a covert agent does not directly represent an idiom, because it suggests stealthy, unobserved activity. The mole is used in connection with eyesight, e.g. blind as a mole, but not nearly as often as the totally incorrect "blind as a bat."The most common metaphor has to do with a mole's burrowing. The phrase "making a mountain out of a molehill" means to exaggerate the effect of an activity or event, referring to the very small amount of dirt a mole leaves on the surface.
Sloths have very poor eyesight and hearing
The perigrine falcon has the best eyes in the bird kingdom. On a clear day they can see a pigeon from about 5 miles away. These birds are also the fastest animals on earth. They can fly at speeds up to 250 mph. For many years it was believed that they could only fly at about 160-170 mph but resently one was clocked at 246 mph.
Werewolves do not exist. But the mythical werewolf is supposed to have good eyesight, considering they come out at night.

If you want to
Some animals do not have good eyesight, such as the mole. The mole has tiny eyes and is virtually blind. However, some underground animals have good eyesight, because they also live above ground too.
Yes, they do but their eyesight is very poor and they are pretty much blind.
Not really. They almost can see as well as a Bat but not quite.
Glasses and contact lenses can make your vision clearer. However, they can be harmful to your eyesight in the long run.In order to improve your eyesight, you should do eye exercises designed to permanently improve your vision. Such exercises only take about 10 minutes a day and can be very effective if done correctly.Source: www.correct-vision.com

A mole would be charaterised as living below the ground, with large fore claws for digging. Very poor eyesight. Highly developed sense of smell. Eats worms and small insects. Oh and is notorious for ruining lawns and the like.
side effect: eyesight weak, obesity but u can get information about many things n learn alot of stuff...
