I have newer tires and I just had them rotated for 5000 miles and now my truck shakes going at a high speed
This can be a warped rotor or tire out of balance. If it only happens when braking it is a warped rotor.

That depends on when it shakes. Low speed, it could be a bad tire, bent wheel... High speed, it could be a bad tire, bent wheel, out of balance wheel, worn ball joints, worn tie rod ends, worn idler arm...
My guess is you have a tire ply separation going on. Check your front tires.
