Questions can be edited for a number of reasons, for example it may have spelling errors, incorrect capitols, incorrect grammar or can be better explained.
If a question is not answered, click on the orange tab underneath saying: 'Answer it' If a question is answered, you can edit it by clicking edit.

That is a known issue. The only way to edit questions currently is either from the WikiAnswers homepage (if the question appears there) and from the question homepage.

There is no way to take a question off of Answers. However, you are able to edit your question. To do so, log into your account, click "edit question", change your question and save.

Once You've Signed InAnyone can edit unanswered questions. But you must have a minimum of 100 contributions to edit answered questions.
