there really isn't any sexual themes at all, the only reason there is sexual themes is that there is an abounded strip club and that there are dead splicers on the floor and they are dressed but then one jumps on you and starts attacking you and she looks like a stripper and and dressed like one but you cant see this any thing. believe me I've played this game 3 time and I haven't seen any nudity at all. last one of your Buddy's said that when your in the strip club that he came here allot see the stuff but nothing major. this game probably good for the age of about 11 to 17 no ages below.
