Mine came on on my 2001 Concorde because a rat got to the wires of a sensor, the little bastards did it three times :(
Check the rear lower part of engine -- follow the + battery cable
unhook the neg. cable from your battery and wait 5 minutes
find out what it is.... (preferably with a scanner) fix it... , clear codes with scanner
After repairing the cause, you can reset with a scan tool or by unhooking the battery.

Refine your question with following info: Is there a check engine light? are any fuses blown? Have recent repairs been made?
The way to know for sure is to contact any salvage yard and ask them to check engine interchangability in their HOLLANDER cross reference. Then you will know for sure.
