in china they are very over populated so a few years ago they pasted a law that says you cant have more then one child. if you have twins you have to pay about 7000 yen witch in america that would be about 1700 dollors.

i was reading about a man who was sent to prison because he was complaining that he was not getting enough money! so if you complain about something that the goverment is controlling than you could get sent to prison
