there are a lot of things that can crash it for example: the main reason that i think are things running in the background such as updates or unneeded processes that can easily be stopped on task manager, also it could just be theprogram you are trying to run as some games require a lot of ram to work which will slow other programmes down and can lead to your computer crashing
