Esctasy make you loose weight because it is has appetite supressant effects, plus it often contains amphetamines which make you want to move around a lot, or dance all night.
It is not a good idea to use ecstasy for this purpose because you would have to keep on taking it, and it is VERY destructive to your brain and body if used in that way... you would not live very long, and end up being very very depressed after one month of doing so.
Esctasy creates a mind set where people are not focused on food or eating. Also, it can cause rapid heart rate and sporadic actions, which burn calories. Ecstasy is a drug, though, and is very dangerous.
