Probably early summer to late fall. Something like that. I'm learning about it too, so I don't know much.
Like everything else, It's George W. Bush's fault...duh! Just kidding, the Mayans wanted us to enjoy daylight longer this year, 2012, being our last year alive and all. Pretty considerate, really.
how do droplets become heavy enogh so that the droplets fall as rain and snow
The longest day of the year would be when the clocks are turned back in the fall. This is when you gain an extra hour so that day has 25 hours instead of the normal 24 hours.
The effect of an extra day of a leap year only happens after the 29th of February. Dates in a leap year up to then are one day ahead of the previous year. Dates in January and February in the year after a leap year will have jumped the second day. So the 6th of February fits into that category. You will find that in 2027 it was on a Saturday, so it only jumped one day in 2028, but jumps two days in 2029.

Tornado Alley is an area of the southern plains in the central part of the United States that receives a great number of tornado's every year. So it happens every year in late spring to early fall.

I would say summer classes are coming to an end, unless you are taking a late session course. Right now for Fall, many school begin their semester cycle. So I would say end of August is when most schools start up so aim for that.
You always can learn....so no it is not too late. Practice and prove how good you are.
No its not to late. If you are this person, start by maybe putting up flyers and maybe looking around town for help wanted signs. Then again you could go back to university and put your child in a school or somewhere. Then again, this is coming from a 12 year old so these may not be the best answers, but pray to god for help.
