Since kintetic energy is the energy of motion it depends on the two. mass affects inertia and inertia applies to kinetic energy. and speed is applied because the faster it going the more kinetic energy the object has.

Kinetic energy is measured in joules. A joule is defined as a

((kilogram)(meter)2)/(second)2. This means that the units for the parts of the equation need to multiply to be a kilogram meter squared per second squared. The unit for mass is the kilogram. The unit for velocity is meters per second. Therefore, by multiplying mass by velocity squared we get a joule, the unit for kinetic energy. Therefore, the equation for kinetic energy (KE) is:

KE=.5mv2

Yes. The formula for kinetic energy is KE = 1/2mv2, where m is mass in kg, and v is speed in m/s.

KE = (1/2) m V^2

directly proportional to mass

directly proportional to the square of velocity

Does kinetic energy increase with speed and time?

Time is not a factor, speed is velocity and velocity equates to kinetic energy. E=Mass * Velocity squared.
