if you have a left stick your left hand goes low ( not to low ) on the stick and your right hand on the top of the hockey stick, for a right stick it's the opposite of holding a left stick, to tell if you are a lefty or a righty with a hockey stick try this both ways with a right and a left stick to see what is more comfortable for you.
If you are left handed and trying to learn a stick shift, it will probably be harder cause you dont use your right hand. More cordinated with your left hand since its dominant
I looked it up and it appears to be that your stomach is on the left side, as well as your spleen. If you are talking about right in front it is your stomach, near the back or on your side is the spleen. But I'm reading this from a website so don't belive me a hundred percent. But I have checked it with other sites just to be safe.
The spasms you are feeling are muscle spasms. Muscle spasms are mostly caused by dehydration so you should try to hydrate yourself to stop them.
You could do this, however it is very rare. Usually left wingers have a good left foot so they can stick crosses in quickly. If you are right footed and can't kick with your left you will always have to cut back which leaves more time for the ball to be taken off you. A manager/coach will not usually stick a right footer down the left unless he is stuck.

There is the Concert Roll, also called a buzz roll. It consists of 3 bounces with the right stick quickly followed by 3 bounces with the left stick, and so on . . . There is also the Open Roll, also called a double-strike roll. It consists of 2 bounces with the right stick, quickly followed by 2 bounces with the left stick, and so on . . . There are 6 more types of rolls, but the above are the two main ones.
You hold a floorball stick much like a hockey stick but insted of putting your together they are more apart (about 40cm).In floorball it's OK to play one-handed, so right-handed players should ideally use their right hand to hold the top of the stick for maximum control when they playone-handed. However if you play Field Hockey or if you are left-handed then it'sOK to keep your left hand at the top of the handle. Either way is legal. If the player holds the top of the stick in their right hand then a 'left' stick is required (because the players forehand shot will be on the left side of their feet) and vice verse. Sorry if this is confusing but it's which side is your forehand/blade is on which decides the type of stick.
More people write with there right than they do with there left.

Although the stick is designed for right-handed people, there are some skills which left-handers find easier. The game was originally played this way because more of the players were right-handed, and it has continued as such because having combination of left- and right-handed sticks is a serious safety issue; this (danger) is the first thing FIH tries to avoid, and so the rules require a stick made the right-handed way.
