The 2002 Chevy Venture has a dual a/c system. The 2000 might also. There could be a hole in the hose that goes to the left and back of the van, but not in the one that is for the driver's side of the van.
The heater control valve is bad. Sometimes the dual heater control valve will go and the AC will blow full heat.
It is broken. AC's usually blow cold air.
your car ac will only blow hot air when there coolannt in the car is finished or the car is oveerheated.
No. The thermostat is not likely to be the cause.
low freon
Checck fuse # 1 its a 15 amp fuse and its probably blown, change it and hope it fixes it if it does only for a while it means you have a short.
The heater bypass valve is not fully closing, or leaking hot coolant into the heat exchanger.
