Why does my 2007 PT Cruiser horn beep for about 5-6 seconds almost as if it is stuck then stops When I hit it other times it just beeps for a second I am putting the same pressure on the horn?

Mine's doing the same thing, but it is sticking and will sometimes stick till I pull the horn bezel back out by hand. I can't figure out how to get the dang thing off either, so I can see what's causing it.
