look for an unhooked wire on the seatbelt itself or under the seat.
It sounds as if you have a problem with the ignition switch.
go to walmart and use tha battery finder
check the battery, its probably dead
Alternator is not charging. Have it tested and/or replaced.
You don't have to unplug the horn to replace the battery.
