You don't say which bluetooth you have. Make sure that your charger is working well, it may be on a switch plug outlet. Make sure the switch is up. Does your light on the headset go to solid red when it is charging or does the headset still flash?
If the headset is under warranty you may want to get it replaced. If not it may be time to purchase a new one, as most bluetooth headsets do not have a replaceable battery.
