It depends on how long you were on it for and if you were jumping on it the wrong way. If you were jumping with your back bent backwards, like leaning back as you were jumping, that could cause a problem. If this is a reoccurring event, i would consider seeing a doctor, sounds like it would have something to do with scoliosis. I have a trampoline and I'm never on it for more than an hour, and I've had this problem once when i was using it for 1.5-2 hours, constantly jumping and my back hurt for weeks. I would recommend a good stretch before using the trampoline.

There are several possible reasons, the most common being that you are using muscles that you normally do not stress in ordinary activities (such as the psoas, which also can shift the lumbar spine). Like any muscle, they become sore when stressed more than usual. You also shift the weight on your spine in multiple directions, which can irritate the spongy discs between the vertebrae. Lastly, you experience more than 1G of acceleration when bouncing, which means your muscles are supporting more weight for a brief period (as happens in many exercises). So even the stronger muscles may "complain" afterward.
