Hello. I am not sure how old this question is that you are asking, but since it sounded like something my friend has, I thought I would try and answer it for you.
It actually sounds like Raynaud's Syndrome. Since I am not a doctor of any kind, please don't take my word for it. I am just trying to help you out. At webmd.com, if you insert Raynaud's Syndrome in the search field, it will come up with tons of info on it such as, who gets it, the symptoms, medications to help treat it and the side effects of the medications.
