Most likely a dead battery. No electricity means; no lights, no radio, no power to the starter.
Have advance auto or auto zone do the free charging test to test the battery, and alternator. After you jump it of course, (or pop the clutch if it's a manual, like all people should drive ;D)
check fuse and bulbs...switch

pull the light switch outward with clearance light or headlights on!
Pull out on the headlight switch, and then press the fog light switch button in.
my left turn signal on my 1997 dodge conversion van works fine,the right signal lights but does not blink,,,,any ideas
The headlight switch is to the left of the steering wheel. Up till 1998 you pull the knob, after you rotate the knob to turn the lights on.
Pull out on the headlight switch knob after rotating one notch clockwise.
The fog lights are turned on by pressing the fog light button on the headlight switch. On my truck, you have to pull the switch out that turns the regular lights on.
