That depends on which eyeliner you mean. Do you mean the pencil that goes across your waterline or the liquid eyeliner? Pencil- Pull down skin underneath the eyes and draw a liner of (thick) black eyeliner. If (like mine) your eyeliner doesn't work first time, run it across your right waterline and it should work when you go across to the left. If it works, go back across to the right and fill in.
