Why does my tamagotchi v1 make a silent beeping sound i put a new battery in it and it dies in one day why is this?

I don't know what you mean by 'silent beep'because how does it beep silently where you can't hear a beep?
Anyways, if you mean the battery dies, you need it put on the right way-read instructions you received when you bought it. One reason may be that you got it wet, or dropped it or it got hit by something really hard, they are very old versions and they break easily-mine has broken before too.
