the hidden "V" stands for Victory. NASA, as of all other space Programs are in a race to see who can get the farthest into space. The V helps us remember our position.
nasa is all about aeronautics and space very mysterious indeed.
Scientists at NASA do various things. The tasks are all space or physics related. NASA is US's Space Program. They launched satellites like Swift, skylab ect. NASA scientists test zero G, jet propulsion, sample space rocks ect. Space Shuttles and Mars Rovers are one of NASA's achievements.
The nasa space program has a giant telescope.... that's all i no
It is from Nasa
All major NASA space vehicle launches involving Manned Flight operations are executed at the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, FLorida.
Here is a full list of all deaths associated with NASA's space program: http://www.airsafe.com/events/space/astrofat.htm
Because all the questions about space haven't been answered.
No, NASA is an acronym. It stands for National Aeronautics and Space Administration and is the name of the government agency responsible for the space program and all related endeavors in the United States.
the way NASA was born was all because of the Russians. if it wasent for them space travel would probablr still be a dream. it all started when the Russians launched a satiltite called spunkick (i think that's how you spell it?) after that the USA becane the program NASA. but when the Russians put the first man in space that is what got NASA into humman space flight. NASA did not open their doors until october 1st, 1958. and the first American in space was alen sheperd. after his 15 minutes in space John f. Kennedy set a goal for NASA to send a man to the surface of the moon and return him safly back to earth. we suseded his goal on July 20th, 1969.
The NASA programs is a programs used to make scientific discoveries about space and about all the galaxies for future and present references. The NASA space program was thought of and created by President Eisenhower because he thought that the U.S. needed a space program to create satellites after Russia created and launched the first human-made satellite
NASA, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, has research stations and facilities all around the Earth. A couple of the major ones are the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral, Florida, and the Houston Manned Spaceflight Center in Houston Texas.cape Canaveral---------------------------------------NASA's headquaters is in Washington D.C.Training is done at Houston's Johnson Space Center. The Space Shuttle departs/returns at Cape Canaveral
All manned space missions by NASA have launched from the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral, Florida. There were plans years ago to launch military Space Shuttles in a polar orbit from Vandenberg AFB near Santa Barbara, CA, but that never happened.
