If your guitar is going out of tune, there are a variety of reasons you could look into:
well for you to change its pitch you have to tighten / lossen the strings !

tightening the tuners on the guitar change the pitch strings are just like shoes they all do the same thing but some are better for some and some are worse for others.
The harder you pluck the strings, the louder they get. You can change the pitch by using thick or thin strings
the frets make the guitar string make a different sound.
Change out the strings with a lighter gauge. (Get thinner strings) ---Shawn
You turn the knobs to change the pitch. I would reccomend buying a guitar tuner that will show if the string is sharp or flat.
Celemony Melodyne can do this.
It is medium pitch.
In Imovie HD, you can change the pitch of your voice by selecting audio fx, selecting pitch changer, and changing the slider to whatever selection you choose. However, if you have Imovie '09, the only way to change the pitch of your voice is to speed it up, or slow it down.
Pitch changes in a guitar because the strings are tuned in a certain way (to hertz) so you can play the songs you choose to play and it would go in rhythm.
You could consider it would be, because of the strings, but I would call it an older version of the harp. In the guitar, strings are pressed down to change pitch.
