The problem is your rack and pinion .

The rack and pinion steering unit needs to be replaced
Its your bushings, they need to be replaced. About $200 at a shop.

Sounds like a drive axle half shaft. Have it replaced. Not that expensive.
if clicking is in turns than a front axle needs replaced. if turning right it is your left axle-- turning left it is your right axle!! the clicking is the cv joint in axle.
It probably means your power steering belt is loose or needs to be replaced. When you turn, the pump is under load and the belt is slipping on the pulley making a squeal.
A sway bar re-distributes weight while turning (to increase steering performance) and a control arm connects the body of the car to the steering knuckle which the wheel attaches to.
